Liveflight Connect

After trying for some time to try and download the Windows PC download for LiveFlight Connect it doesn’t work?
Every time I extract the files from the zipped folder they just disappear and say they don’t exist, am I doing something stupid?
Help appreciated.

What is your computer specs? What Windows version?

This sounds like your antivirus is removing the files (Norton has done this to another user) - try and whitelist it if you can.

Yes I run Norton and sound like the issue

Still not working
In the zipped folder the files cannot be found - in the extracted folder the application does not exist and the folder shows as empty.

It says the file does not exist

Your antivirus is doing something strange here. Have a read of this:

I can’t really help anymore with the antivirus side of things.

Thing is I have allowed it in Norton however it just isn’t working - I still think Norton is doing something in the background which I am looking into. I’ll keep trying thanks for your help.
