Live: The First Arrivals

Not to be that guy but just because my IFC account is only 6 years old that doesn’t mean I’ve only been playing 6 years.. I also don’t really use this much so I didn’t really see the posts. Sorry if I offended you..

You didn’t offend me, I’m just in the same boat. But I’ve accepted that IFC participation and length of account is more valuable than length of time using IF. I’ve also been using IF for almost a decade, but it wasn’t till I started an IFC account and was active here that I started getting access to things other than the base game. And seriously, I’m not offended at all :joy:

Trust me. it’s random. I was on the waiting list for a long time and got the invite about a month ago and I’m no one special. I’m Grade 3, I’m not staff and I don’t have “major” status on the forum.

Sorry, i have to buy lift also to maintain my aircraft in the server? If i dont buy other lift my aircraft Will be Inaccessible?

The lift can be used only to grind the organization right?

If an organisation falls below the minimum lifts assigned that is required for an aircraft slot (at any level), any aircraft in that slot will be put into “storage” and won’t be accessible until enough lifts are once again assigned to the organisation to re-unlock that slot.

2 lifts minimum are required to create an organisation with 1 aircraft slot. If you stop the subscription for the extra lift needed to get that total of 2, that aircraft will be inaccessible until you get that extra lift again.

Who did you just tag?

Do you mean Laura?

Output error, thank you for the correction.

The idea is to discourage single user organizations. Two people together can keep an organization going at no cost. Throw in a third person and you have two aircraft available, all for no extra cost.

As to the comment about grinding, no. This isn’t a “pay to win” or “pay to play” feature. And there’s no real reason to grind. Just like a VA, the larger an Org gets, the harder it is to maintain. It takes work, and that’s something you can’t really just “pay to win” at. Obviously, someone who has hundreds of dollars to spare could maintain an enormous fleet on their own, but that’s not exactly sustainable, nor is it the goal of LIVE. Hopefully that answers your questions, if Ben’s reply didn’t already.

Thank you, but that Output error was a hero without cape. We aren’t supposed to tag staff.

So I always have to buy lifts to keep my organization alive, and therefore to be able to maintain my aircraft. So I always have to buy lifts to keep my organization afloat, and thus I can keep my plane inaccessible. I thought I could keep my plane.Without continuing to use the lifts.

Unfair

You just have to buy a subscription for 1 extra lift to create an organisation and have 1 aircraft. As long as you keep that subscription going, that aircraft is accessible. As soon as you cancel that subscription it expires, the aircraft stays in your organisation but it you can’t use it.

I don’t see how that’s unfair. The terms of how the organisations work are pretty clear.

So as soon as I create an organization, I already have access to an airplane?

No not automatically, you get 1 aircraft slot, which you can then fill with any aircraft and livery of your choice from the fleet.

I thought I could keep the planes, without worrying about having toI thought I could keep the planes, without worrying about having to buy lifts to hold it.

First of all, why are all of your posts doubled up, and honestly, this might be the only time I recommend this, but you should try using AI, just to make sure that grammar isn’t thrown out the window.

But to your question, it’s not unfair at all. If every user who had a subscription Could also have a plane, the servers would overload really quickly. And I’m sorry you thought what you thought, but nowhere at any time was your perception of LIVE explicitly stated by staff, mods, or anyone who had been testing it before release. This mode has been heavily under testing for the past two years, and a lot has changed with it. Hence, nothing about lifts has been laid down with absolute certainty.

Just to give you a heads up each level, you want to maintain be more expensive
So I highly recommend you if you are just planning not opening up your organization to the public keep it like a private organization your private fleet I recommend you just level one or two or three it’s enough unless you want more
