How are new organisations created?

You need to purchase lifts to create an organisation. You get one lift a month, included with your PRO subscription, and they expire every month, replaced with new ones. You need to purchases a lift subscription, because organisations need two lifts to be formed.

Just curious, is there a way for non-organization members to fly aircraft that belong to specific organizations? Was thinking with the addition of persistent aircraft, it would be cool to have a VA dedicated to ferry flying, inspired by Cockpit Casual on YouTube. People could ferry aircraft for organizations, do delivery flights etc. Just curious if this would even be a possibility since they would not be apart of these organizations.

I have few question, if I join an organization does that mean I will be given a schedule to operate the aircraft on its dedicated flight/route or I can just choose any aircraft and fly it somewhere? And also if the aircraft is on AP+ and there is no one else to land it, can I just spawn in and take over the aircraft and complete its journey?
