We have purchased a live monthly subscription twice but each time we login, the program says there are no active subscriptions. We have been unable to use either monthly subscription we have paid for. What do we need to do to either get our money back or get the program to work?
Have you tried to click the restore purchases button when buying a subscription?
If you have paid twice and not got a subscription + did the step above and it does not work. This is either a bug or a problem on your device makers end (i.e., apple, samsung).
