Live subscription problem!

So recently i decided to purchase live again. Honestly i don’t really understand the subscription stuff. Now when i bought it i thought it would go on my new account, but no. It told me i have a subscription plan and its in another account. Which i am pretty sure it my old account. It told me to sign in with Facebook or google but my Facebook that i had with my old account was deleted and i can’t sign in at all. I tried the gmail my old Facebook was connected to but that did not work neither. I would like to know if i can get a refund, live one my new account, or something.
