I paid for a live subscription and it hasn’t been working I contacted my career and apple support and the problem still continues
Restart the app and your device.
I deleted the app and installed it again I restarted my network settings and I’m still not able to do live
As you were informed in your last topic regarding this, the issue is caused by T-Mobile blocking the port used for Live. Not much we can do about that.
You should be able to use Live via Wifi or if necessary, VPN on your device.
