Hello, I would like to request support regarding the Live Server, which has not been working with my home internet for the past two days. When I use my work internet, the Live Server functions perfectly and connects to the server. The internet is working perfectly for other applications but not for connecting to the server. I have already turned off my home internet for a while, but it did not resolve the issue. I have also uninstalled IF, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, and waited two days thinking the problem might be temporary, but it has not been resolved until now. Could someone please assist me with this issue?
Hello! Try tapping on that ‘!’ signal and see what appears, that should say the reason why it isn’t connecting or somewhat. It could help us understand better and help!
Oh. That happened once to me, I was mid flight and then it just said that, I discovered that I had to restart the flight and/or start another… you said the problem isn’t your wifi, but it’s been like this since you started the flight?

Based on what you said happened to you, I did the opposite just now. I entered the airport with the Live Server still not working. I planned a flight that would allow me to activate Flight Resume, and after completing all the procedures, I exited the flight. Then, I closed the Infinite Flight app and re-entered the flight that was saved in Flight Resume. After re-entering, the connection returned to normal. I exited the flight and entered the gate, and now I am connected without the Live Server issue. Whether you meant to or not, you gave me some direction haha, thank you so much!

If it works on a different WiFi/network it might be your service provider.
