Are there any known issue logging in to the live sever around 2240 Z 7/20
I can fly solo on all devices but cannot get a green light on the live sever (casual)
Wifi is 100% as are my devices again solo is good to go.

Have you tried, completely closing the app in the background and restarting your device?

Solo does not require the live servers.
I recommend:
- Switching off and on the wifi.
- Closing and reopening IF.
- Completely turning off your phone and turning it back on.
Can you fly on any liver severs on your other devices?
If the problem persists, let me know

yes i am logged in ok …all green flags except the line server is red/orange with a ( ! )

When you click on the red icon what does it say? Can you attach a screen shot?

Ok this is happening on both my tablet and my cell phone.
I have logged in and out of IF 5 times now.
I have completely shut off both devices 3 times
I have switched to another WiFi in my home both are at 100%
I have opened and closed the app 6 times (and when shutting down both devices)
so I cannot access the line server. My account is in good standing.
Any ideas ?? thank you

What device are you using?
Did it ever work?
Have you tried cellular? It could be a change with your home wifi? Especially if it happens with multiple devices on your network.
Are you using a VPN?

Can you try cellular or someone else’s wifi? Coffee shop, friend, etc.

Spawn in an area far away from the US and see if it works.

I have tried both devices and 2 different WiFi’s
and followed all your ideas. It usually works .
So the devices and Wifi equipment is all ok
I cannot leave my home to go to another location to test this. I will now try it via my mobile data account and not wifi. I dosen’t matter where I spawn

Does IFcount your stats while flying without the liver server? You may just have to wait a few days and try again sorry.

Ok I tried using my phone on data only shut off the wifi and it connected.
The Wifi in the home is the same system I always use and there are 2 lines on it . I normally can fly on either they are strong connections and expensive .
I have switch and tried both lines on them …
i use my tablet to fly not my phone and I use the wifi here for that. I will shut off the wifi on my phone and then try it with my tablet… I have no clue why all of a sudden the same wifi system won’t connect

Even though you have two WiFi they may be behind the same router. It could have been a firewall update or something. You may want to check with whomever is in charge of your network. It could have auto updated. It’s hard to tell.
You can also try wifi again now that it has successfully connected just to see if it refreshed anything on your device for the connection.
