Is live server down for anyone else?
Currently away from my iPad, but what precautions have you taken for this? How’s your WiFi connection? Have you tried resetting your router?
Servers are looking good.
Is it just Expert or are the others down for you as well?
Yup my connection was great then i got ‘there is already an active user connection with user account’ message and it didnt connect back…

Every thing looks fine now…It was interesting becuse first i got yellow triangle beside user account and then i got: 'there is already an active user connection with user account’ message and it didnt connect back to live server…
This can happen if the connection between your device and our servers times out multiple times in a shorter time period.
Usually it means the connection between you and us are unstable. Most of the times it resolves itself. But if it becomes a more recurring issue, further troubleshooting might be required.
