Live Flight Status Notification Banner

Hello, its Felix.

With the new feature AutoPilot+, I would really love to see some sort of live flight status notification on your phone’s lock screen and notification center. I have seen this implemented on many airline apps, for example, United Airlines on their app.

I believe this feature should be implemented into infinite flight as it further adds to the convenience of AutoPilot+, and I think it would look great on my home screen as I am going about my day. I created a rendering using ChatGPT to visualize this proposed feature.

It would instead use IATA 4 digit airport codes and the information presented will most likely be a bit different but I think this is a good start for a rendering.

I hope you guys consider voting for this as I believe this can be a small yet very appreciated feature.

This would be amazing to see, maybe also to send an alert that you set. For like going over Greenland for a Trans Atlantic flight

utilizing “Live Activities” on iOS and iPadOS is very smart! and with “Live Notifications” coming on Android 16, this would definitely benefit players on both platforms. voted!

Is it only me or did the developers announce that they are already testing notifications some weeks ago?

They did…. I mean this isn’t a bad idea tho, maybe for those who want to just know how their flight is doing (and also if any bugs happen inflight)
