Live flight app subscription error

Hi there,
I was previously using the horizon subscription in live flight using a card and now I’m trying to make payment from from another card i filled up my email phone number and all but at the end i got this error msg

I’ve been trying to subscribe since 45 days but every time I get the same error msg plz try and resolve the error as soon as possible
