I updated the app to last version.
Last time I bought the one month fee was July 11th, so I should have 5 more days before the account expires
After update however, the app informs me that i do not have an active subscription. Please, check this out as I see that I’m not the only person having this problem
Restoring purchase does not help
My email address for the live subscription is the same as used here on the forum…

I’ve experienced this in the past. Have you tried to log out of your account and log back in?

Just logout then login and it was fixed :)

Are you sure your subscription didn’t expire? Try logging onto your account here and see how many days of your live subscription you have left.

I do have iTunes bill showing last transaction date if required but don’t want to publish it openly here
Does it show you having 0 hours?
No the history is correctly restored.
It just does not recognize the 5 days remaining subscription.
I have the same problem but I bought a subscription today and it says I have not active subscription
