If you’ve experienced the issue, please try pressing “I already have a subscription” and it should automatically restore it (try in a while if it doesn’t work right now). If this doesn’t work, please drop @Tyler_Shelton or @Mark_Denton a PM with your Display Name, Callsign and Email Address, as well as the type of login you used (Google or Facebook) …

If this does not work, I could try and help you solve it with more steps, or a support member will come and see what they could do.
