Live Account not connecting to server

I just renewed my live account, and after doing so I can’t access any of the servers. I am connected to a good wifi network and everything is signed in, but when I begin a flight, after about 20 seconds of connecting, it will simply say “offline” with the red wifi logo on the top right hand side of the screen. Is this a known bug, and if so, is there any easy fixes?

Check your memory, you may need to restart your device.

But its the only reason thats going red, try restarting the system. If thats not the case than I cant help you :(.

There are a few reasons this may happen,

  1. You’re having connection issues - Check your Wi-Fi
  2. The server may be down - Try fly on a different server
  3. You have been ghosted or reported - If this is on advanced, wait 24hrs, if on Playground, wait 1hr.

If it’s none of these, try restarting your device, if it doesn’t work after that, delete and re-install the app.
