This afternoon I got to fly into KLIT with my mom and brother to have lunch at the diner on the field. The food was great and the experience in taking mom for a ride into a Class C airport was amazing. Here are a few pictures

Nope. Sadly didn’t record this trip but our most previous video we made a trip into the same airport and is on YouTube

That airport hosts birthday parties, sadly, my birthday has passed, but there is always next year! I’ll make a reservation, anyone can come! See you guy’s there.

I’ve got a buddy that works there in the tower/ app control. I used to work at the tower at the base nearby.

Really. One of the Approach controllers is a really cool dude and really good at his job, we get him most of the time when we’re on Approach. Wonder if that’s him

I can never get over the fact Cessnas can land at the same airport as an A380. Great pics! Very cool you got close to those jets.
It was quite awesome. There wasn’t much traffic on the way in except the delta airlines and our airport can’t handle he a380 it’s too small and runways are too short
