Linking Default account with pro subscription and progress to my google account

Hi Infinite Flight Support,

I have a Pro subscription and flight progress on my default Infinite Flight account, which is currently signed in through SimBrief.

I would like to link my Google account to this existing account without losing any progress or my subscription.

Here are my details:

  • Current account login: CruisingCheckout735
  • Callsign / Display Name: E9053931
  • Pro subscription active: Yes
  • Google Account Email: [email protected]
  • Device: Android 10 / Galaxy S9 plus

When I log in with Google, it starts a new account. Please help me link my Google account to my existing SimBrief-based Infinite Flight account.

Send the following information via e-mail to [email protected]

  • Which steps you’ve tried.
  • Username (if applicable).
  • Callsign.
  • Copy of the purchase receipt.

You can attach the email purchase receipt from your respective app store or simply copy and paste the receipt into the body of your response. Note: All receipts from the Google Play Store must display the order ID beginning with “GPA”.
