Link to IFC not working (says restricted)

For some reason, when I use my ipad to access the IFC, it says this:

It happens when I click the “community” link on the home page where the user guide is. In case your wondering how I made this topic, I used my laptop. But I usually use my ipad for reasons such as uploading images. But anyways, I’m not sure if there’s a solution or not. Also Idk if I should put this in meta or #support

This is a device thing you (or your parents which is most likely the case) have restrictions enabled on your iPad.so basically so your parents have to enter the password to allow the website.
