As we enter the holiday season some of our Staff and Community Moderators will have limited availability. Many of our team members will be traveling, spending time with loved ones, and may not be able to assist promptly. 2018 has been one for the books and it’s time to recharge!
We ask that you rely more on your peers over the next week. Our knowledgable community, Regulars, and long-time members are always eager to help, whether you have #support questions or just need general assistance. If you do require moderator assistance we will be with you as soon as possible. Personal technical assistance will also still be available via [email protected]. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response.
The holidays will still be packed with a special ATC schedule, Flash Flights, and more! From our entire Infinite Flight team, we wish you a Happy Holidays and look forward to serving you in 2019.

The whole team has definitely earned a break. You gave us some amazing things this year like the TBM and the 737 soft rework. You worked hard to bring us 6 updates this year. And not to mention the upkeeping of the community and the simulator itself. So, go and spend some time relaxing and spending time with family. My Inbox will be open for any questions or concerns. 😀
