Unless you consider the A-321’s interior having cockpit lights, than yea, sure.

what lights are you referring to?
cockpit flood lights or instrument lights?
Just so you can see the inside of the cockpit in the night
A318/19/20/21 have interior cockpit lighting at night.
And:
747-family
787-family
C-130-family.
Cessna Citation X.
You have to have the aircraft graphic settings at high or very high though for it to show.

Basically all of the newest aircraft have the interior cockpit lighting.
