Well, I’d just put a GPS approach simulating the 275 approach heading. You can use the A/P down to 1200ft in real life and then you have to do it manually. The A/P policy may change depending on the operator, but that’s how we do it with PA-46.
We can also do it that way in Infinite Flight. APPR down to 1000ft while following the GPS approach and then, a left hand turn to short final.
