What is keeping you at Grade 2? Which Grade 3 metric is highlighted in orange in your grade table (you may need to scroll down to see the bottom of it)? Your screenshot above from 19d ago has everything in green which means one of the bottom metrics (either Level 3 violations (1Y) or Level 2/3 violations (1Y)) is over the limit.
