Level 3 Violation

Hey,

Why a Level 3 violation? I just received a Level 3 violation at KSFO while flying the FedEx 995 Heavy. I taxied to Runway 28 as instructed. Just before takeoff, the user ATC went offline. I taxied up to the line, announced that I was departing from 28R, and got the violation. WHY? I have no idea what mistake I could have made. What was the problem?

As you see, ATC are nice people who you can talk to.

Next time it is better, when you contact the controller directly over private message.
You can find the controller’s name in the replay under stats.

That is better than a public call out.
