Level 3 violation

I just had a level 3 violation at manila airport because a plane despawned from my screen, it was not my device given that every other plane remained there, and so I proceeded to move forward towards the runway. The plane then promptly respawned while I was moving forward causing me to be issued a level 3 violation for passing through planes. I personally believe this is not fair. I was wondering if this is something should be careful of? Also this caused me to lose my grade 3 is there anyway to appeal this?
