Do you actually have to wait a week to play again?
On the Expert Server yes. You can still fly on Casual and Training though (and Solo of course).

Thank you for the answer it was my first time in expert.
Yeah I also got a vio in my first few hours on expert 
.
I would recommend to start out not flying to busy airspace’s as controllers there are more likely to give a violation. And I know it’s long but reading the entire pilot manual is also extremely helpful.
