Level 3 violation for speeding in fighter jet

@moderators please review. I was given a level 3 violation for speeding in fighter jet without getting a request to slow down or the system telling me to not exceed 260knts under 10,000. I was in the map menu and didn’t realise my speed. A reconsideration would be highly appreciated.
