Hi there… I had just taken off from New York uncontrolled, when suddenly I returned to find I was reported level 3 violation by some random ATC for taking off from grass? It also crashed the app when I hit “end flight” and now there is no log or replay to be found, only the violation. This is my 3rd unwarranted level 3 violation in the past several months in an area of the map not even being focused on for the day. Each time it takes DAYS to get the issue resolved in which time I can’t use the game I’m PAYING FOR. This really needs to be addressed. I’ve put countless years and money into this game and lately I can’t seem to enter a single session without having to turn to these forums for assistance with someone reporting me unnecessarily. @appeals
