My device would not let me slow down giving me level 1 violation
Can some staff revoke the voilayion and put me back in grade 3?
This was a G1 violation which really doesn’t affect much. There’s nothing you can really do. If you genuinely believe this was an error of some sort please see how to file a violation here:
Level 1 violations are not removed. Only level 2-3 are removed with the appeals process.

And are you sure it was a lvl 1 violation? Don’t lvl 1 violations not get rid of G3?
@MAviationYT Could’ve gone over the limit for the number of Level 1 violations allowed in the last 7 days.

I think I understand him, on my case, sometimes the phone still thinks im touching the screen when I am not and im totally unable to control the screen. Furtonately did not received a violation but would be really annoying.
this happend to me 2 weeks ago and the plane would just keep moving until that violation comes and then yeah
Appeals can remove L1 violations if they were issued as a result of an issue with IF. That said, these cases are rare.
An example would be landing at an airport where the airport scenery fails to fully load – specifically the runway does not load and pilot receives a L1 taxi overspeed.

Unfortunately, this does not explain what specifically happened. If anything, it seems to indicate a possible device issue (which is not the same as an IF issue).
Appears @Theflyingsouthwest9 exceeded the 7 day Level 1 violation limit.
Good news is he’ll return to Grade 3 and will be flying on Expert once the 7 days is over.

But that you couldn’t slow down fast enough for the speed limit? (or is this incorrect?)
I have had that happen a few timesin the last few weeks. Though I figured it to just be a glitch somewhere in the system. Did get a violation but it is what it is. If it’s a level 1 don’t sweat it and take a brake from expert server for a week.
So i read all of your guys comments and while waiting for responds i contact the infinte flight support and 3 days later they responded and put me back in G3 so i think if it was a pilot error (which this one was not) then you have to wait
