I landed at KLAX just about 10 mins ago and when I was coming into land the runway graphics didn’t show but I still could see the terminal. It gave me a ground violation but as I said before the runway didn’t show and I couldn’t see where the runway was. Before I started my flight I did a clear cache in case it kicks me off the game. Can anyone help me?

Please contact @appeals to have your level one violation removed as it appears to be an issue with the app.
I know you mentioned above regarding the scenery cache, try clearing it and restarting your app before your flight and see if that works. Also make sure to have a strong internet connection and adequate storage on your device so that there is enough space for the scenery (and aircraft liveries) to stream to your device.
