Level 1 violation for falling through ground

Just spawned in to terminal 1 gate 10 at SBBR in a gol 737 max on the expert server. As soon as i spawned in, my aircraft started falling thousands of feet through the tarmac. Before I could do anything, I was issued with a level 1 violation for acrobatic manoeuvres.

I’ve included a link to my replay. Also would it be possible to have thie violation removed from my record, as the appeals team only seem to handle level 2 and 3 violations?

Clearing the scenery cache and restarting the app should fix it.
