Level 1 Violation / Controller Bug

Hi
I crashed on the training server a few days ago. I stalled @ EGLL on final RWY 09L. But instead of the plane crashing and the game ending, the app recognized the crash as a landing on a taxiway (even though no taxiway within probably 100m.
As I was at speed and could have taken off again, I wanted to pull up. No effect. The joke was pushed to the front. I quickly calibrated multiple times, to no effect. Joke kept pushing forward. Trim was also adequate afaik. Where can I report this bug?

When you pulled the yoke you said the aircraft would not pull up?

best if you could send a replay so we could see what was going on

Yeah. I calibrated the phone to a 45° angle and then pulled up. But the yoke pushed forward. Trimming was ok too, so was IAS with more than 200knts🥴 plane kept pushing to the ground so I quit the flight not to get more violations…

How? Do I upload the video here or on a platform with a link to share?

Hi! I don’t think that was a bug. It all boils down to pilot error. Unless it is clearly the apps fault, L1s cannot be removed.

If you have any questions, please do let me know:)

Cheers,
Kyle

That also has happened to me, yesterday I was departing out of Chicago and my plane wouldn’t pull up till the last moment. Since it was an a380, the aircraft started to stall and I fell towards the ground.

This also happened to me a long time ago and you might have to delete the app and get it again. It worked for me for awhile.

That’s odd. I‘m using the latest iPhone 15 pro max. If it happened on my old iPhone 8 Plus I wouldn’t mind but here I think it’s a bug in the code.

Yeah, it could be that. I usually play on a older iPad and I just found a different article about this question. I did what it said and it worked for me.
