LAX Spotting 09/30 - 10/01

This is a continuation from my previous topic covering the commercial side of my obligatory LAX visit(s) during my trip with @AndrewWu, @Kamryn, @Transport_Hub, and @Cameron_Stone.

ANA’s R2D2 Dreamliner on final for 24L.

An American Eagle E175 on final for 24L.

Quite an unexpected catch, an A318 ACJ.

LATAM’s Star Wars 77W heading off of 25R. Star Wars liveries seemed to be the star of the show both days at LAX.

ITA’s A350 about to touch down on 24L.

Spotted a pair of F-35s transitioning over LAX. Coincidentally, the airliner cruising above them
just happens to be Alaska’s “Honoring Those Who Serve” 737.

Southwest 737 flexing south over Dockweiler Beach.

Counting rivets on this (other) Southwest 737.

Condor’s “beach towel” A330neo heading over, well, the beach.

LATAM Dreamliner turning off 25L after sunset.

Non planespotting photo that I thought was pretty cool

That wraps this topic up. I have lots of more shots to edit and I’ll post another topic up if I feel like it.

What day was this taken?

Saturday. The day it rained at the airshow. They possibly could have been part of that but this was way after the F-35 demo flew.

👹

My favorite thing about this plane is the part where it just magically gets darker, as if it was brushed or something. Weird!

My favorite part is where I didn’t ask

That f35 shot is not Alaska MTL its allegient

It’s neither, it’s the “Honoring those who served” livery as said below the photo

Oh i could have sworn i saw ¨ more to love ¨ but thats doesnt look like honoring those who serve, maybe because of the angle. FUN FACT i flew on the HTWS in november last year from KSEA to KIAH
