We’re kicking off the meetup at the iconic In-N-Out plane spotting location near the end of runway 24R, where you’ll get up close to arriving aircraft! Weather permitting, we’ll hang out here for most of the day. It’s the perfect spot for an event like this, with plenty of open space, nearby facilities, and, of course, delicious burgers to keep you fueled. Burgers and planes—what more could you ask for?
⚠️ Note: Weather can be unpredictable. If the forecast isn’t in our favor, we’ll move the meetup to The Proud Bird, a fantastic aviation-themed venue located at the end of runway 25L. It’s an excellent alternative with great views and plenty of indoor space to enjoy the day regardless of the weather!
🚦 Event Breakdown
Here’s a detailed breakdown of our day at LAX! Note that this is of course (as always) subject to change at any given point, though this plan should be pretty set in stone.
11:00 - 12:45 We’ll all gather at the In-N-Out spotting location and meet each other + do some spotting to kick things off!
12:45 - 13:00 Group photo!
13:00 - 14:00 Lunch time 🍔
14:00 - 16:00 Plane spotting for the remainder of the meetup!

- All visitors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult while attending the meetup.
- We are not responsible for the health and safety of our attendees.
- This meetup will take place at a location open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to respect their peers’ personal choices at all times.
- Noises above 85dB can cause hearing damage so if you wish, bring hearing protection.
- Please take care of yourself and others around you. LAX is surrounded by busy roads and is a fast paced environment.
- By attending this event you consent to being featured in footage and photos that we love to capture for memorable moments, which will ONLY be used for sharing with our community on our social media platforms.
