Isn’t a tfr basically what it was like to fly when the standing thing was around where u couldn’t fly around a certain airport without a certain standing except its a little more specific and vague at the same time

What is TFR testing
This has been there for at least a month or two. The dates and times of it are posted with the tfr. A tfr is a temporary flight restriction. for example there is one over Disney world in Orlando Florida so no planes can fly over it.

Wouldn’t that be a permanent restricted area instead of just a temporary TFR?
I consider myself one of the lucky few, I flew over EPCOT Center in the spring of 1995 in a very old Cessna operating out of KAVO. Not sure if TFR was in place back then, I was in the right seat :)

As of now yes, but as of a couple years ago (I don’t want to guess) it was temporary.

It’s listed as a TFR with no end date. The T in tfr does stand for temporary though. Here is the info in it.

That’s amazing! They were recently filming new footage for “soarin” the ride at Epcot over magic kingdom, it was speculation that they were making a new one until the help flew low over the park and everyone knew then haha. Occasionally I’ll see sky writers above the restricted zone with political or religious messages.
