I took this picture earlier this month and was originally going to post this yesterday to celebrate 35 years of Miami International Airport being an American Airlines hub but I couldn’t thanks to my recent trip report on AAs A321 but better late then never 🤷♂️

As you can see that American Boeing 757-200 was retired due to COVID-19 back in 2020
Very unfortunate
But wonder what that American B757-200 in the AA chrome livery doing in MIA airport in that photo, not real life, but in the game, when AA retired their B757-200. See, back when I was 11-13 years old, I flew on the AA B757-200 from MIA-STL and STL-MIA irl, summer and Christmas except Christmas 2012 and 2013.
Nice memory! I don’t have any actual memory of being on an AA 757 but I must have seen a few before they were retired
