Last Air Canada E190 Flight

A few days ago Air Canada announced that they will retire all of there old E190’s

Here is a video of its last flight from Calgary to Tucson

Disclaimer video is not mine

What will Air Canada do?

Air Canada will take these routes that they used the E190 with and will most likely replace them with their Bombardier C-Series planes.

Hey there, I think it would be best to put this into this topic:

This is because of the forum rule outlining #real-world-aviation topics relating to retirements and COVID’s impact:

Topics that clearly focus on an airline and the impact Coronavirus has had on it (eg: Lufthansa grounding their A380 fleet) will be allowed and distilled down to one topic per airline. These topics must be confined to the #real-world-aviation category.

I remember taking business class on that plane once, after switching a flight because my flight with flair got delayed by over 12 hours (eventually it was cancelled). Aeroplan business had fix miles so it was cheaper than the normal fare which skyrocketed because of the flair flight lol
Air Canada still has Jazz CRJ9s and Sky Regional E175s.
