I have been flying a lot of touch and gos lately, and checked my stats. I am still stuck on 297 landings over the past few days (or maybe weeks?) and while new landings are counted in flight and and after, they don’t show up on the grade page, which is quite stressful. 😓

Reinstalling is not an option and not a good idea.

Yes, it counts as a landing when after I finish the flight.
I am 100% sure I am not in Solo mode. What do you recommend doing then, contacting a the support team?
Can you try a landing again and upload before and after landing stat page screen shots?

I was trying to search if there was ever any case of landing count not working even if all conditions were properly met. So far, I haven’t found a situation where that turned out to be the case.
Here is a case where there was a possibility of no count occurring. But it wasn’t completely conclusive whether this has ever been an issue:

I’m a bit confused. You’re suggesting the support team doesn’t monitor the support category? I mean, if that’s true I will alter my advice in the future(?).
That’s me and I haven’t had the problem since, and I am pretty sure the IF team put some landings in my stats for me. But it was 3 consecutive flights.
Judging by some of the other threads, it doesn’t look like a big issue, but I have seen several threads now saying exactly the same thing.

Oh I see what’s confusing. I should’ve clarified he could’ve reached out to a support team member directly over messages to. But making the category would also get the issue resolved.
Thank you @Jan! Many of the landings were touch and gos in either ATC training sessions or grinding, many of the grinding ones ended in a crash: while the app said I had 3 new landings let’s say, it was still a immediate crash. Could this impact it?
We can check your historical total landing count later. It requires some dev touch in the database to retrieve that info.
But from what I can see, everything is working as it should.
As long as landings are recorded on the session, they are added to the total amount. I’ve never seen an issue indicating otherwise.

Another thing you could do:
Do a quick flight (including 1 landing or more…).
Then we’ll see if it goes up from 297 :)
It’s easy to loose track of your total amount. I honestly have zero clue of what I’m at and have never kept track of it either.
I am embaressed to say I lost count 😅

Nope, the next couple of flights were fine with no issues and I haven’t had an issue since. I did however have two flights since then that gave me 2 landings for the price of one which I thought at first might have been a bounce on the /float on the runway but that wasn’t the case.
