Whenever i try the land on a runway I’m either off center or I I hit the ground like a dump truck dose anybody got tips to help my landings

Have you tried flaring?

If there is wind I would advise using the rudder peddles. Try flaring around 100ft, but start slowly, as it goes “50, 40, 30, 20…” hold the flare and let the aircraft sit down gently.
When the main gear touches down, start lowering the nose so then you can use the rudder to help correct.
Flare around 30 feet, use rudder.

Are you landing with approach mode on? If you do then that’s where the hard landing is coming from, disengage AP and hand fly it maybe the last 500ft
