Hello!

One great way to practice landings is by doing it in solo mode. You have the ability to augment the timescale, so you can takeoff, set it to x5 speed and fly a radar patter to the final approach course and practice landings that way.

Additionally, in solo mode you can spawn on the runway/on final approach.

Just spawn on final on single player and practise the landings.

Hey!
When you start Infinite Flight, the map will zoom in on the airport you selected. There are numerous dots that will assign your aircraft to a specific location at or near that airport. You should see some green dots that are perfectly in line with the runways. Just select one of those and you’ll be on your final approach as soon as you click the ‘fly’ button. Hope this helps!

Yea I give up I would never be able to do a crosswind landing and take of on my iPhone 14 Pro Max never I give up !! I just won’t get it right

That’s what practice is for. Getting better at doing landings, particularly in crosswind conditions.

Exactly!
You’ll get there; crosswind landings take a lot of patience and focus, and mistakes are only how we get better. Keep on practicing, you’ve got this!

lol I can’t even do a normal landing yet because each time I disable autopilot the nose just goes down drastically

It sounds like your device is not being calibrated. To do this, go in-flight, pause your game and you should see an option to calibrate. What this does is basically readjusts the pitch of your plane to suit the angle your phone is at. I’ll give you a quick example.
Say you have your phone tilted, the aircraft will bank.
However, choosing to calibrate while the phone is tilted will adjust the yoke to make it go straight. Hopefully this helps.

I recommend practicing alone in solo mode, since you may freely choose where you want to spawn, weather, and other things. In addition, try to find the details about each type of plane (ex, their flaps, trim, and speed during takeoff or landing). Honestly, the key is to practice repeatedly in various scenarios.

Who’s is gonna teach me please I’m willing to pay please I really need to learn this I’m tired of using appr always

YouTube is the go to for me for tutorials. So I recommend you just type “Infinite flight landing tutorials” and you will find plenty

Look at YouTube. There is no sure fire way to teach someone “how” to land - everyone has their own preferences. You said earlier that you always give up, and this is your problem. If you keep giving up you’ll never get better and then you’ll keep having to use APPR. Calibrate before disabling autopilot as a rule of thumb. Additionally, you can’t keep quitting and then begging people to help you when they have in the past 10 posts.

Normally what I do is put the trim to where the green rectangle on the trim section disappears, calibrate my device, just like an actual Auto-Trim on real aircraft

Just as a tip, adjust your sensitivity based on your device, this was essential for me when I started out as small phones tend to be easier to move thus more sensitive to input, so lowering it did justice.

So for iPhone 14 Pro Max what sensitivity should I use ?

Have a play around and figure out works best for you.

Hey! For practicing more extreme crosswinds, definitely go on solo mode! Otherwise, my go-to is to fly pattern work on live mode! Have a baseline idea of what the landing technique should be for your aircraft and go fly a few laps. You’ll find yourself improving very quickly.

You can avoid the hassle of pausing and calibrating by trimming the aircraft, it’s more satisfying too.
