No this is different it is a landing gear tilt bug
In your photo it looks like the landing gear slightly raised but then stopped, which is what the post I linked is about. It just looks like landing gear tilt because the gear hasn’t raised much I think
Cycle the gear button, let the gear come up, should get rid of it.
That’s how the gear gets pulled up
787-9s have it as well, when ever I take off. And I mean when ever I take off in the 787-9
