Landing an A380 at St. Barth’s

As most of you know, St Barth’s Airport (TFFJ) in the Caribbean has a very short runway that is also blocked by a mountain. As a result, no plane larger than a Dash 7 is allowed to land there. But is this rule really necessary?

This guy tests larger airplanes at St. Barth’s using X-Plane 11, and his findings are quite interesting. Theoretically, you COULD indeed land a larger plane at St. Barth’s.

That’s only because the kangaroo would beat you up so badly.
