Hey IFC! As of right now, I have set off on my longest flight ever completed on IF. It is an overnight flight and had a question; I’m going to bed for atleast 9 hours, i’m worried about step-climbs, do I need to set an alarm and wake up and change it or is there another way?
Track my flight here. (If it doesn’t go to my aircraft, look up my username in the search bar)
IRL this flight takes 14 hours in an EVA Air 777-300ER. I will be traveling across the following countries:
. Japan
. United States
. Canada
At this moment (2:23PM Zulu time), the ETE to dest is 12:27
Answering your question, please don’t set alarms to climb higher during the night For your flight, since you will wake up several hours before landing, you can change your altitude to a higher one when you wake up. That’s what I usually do
Very strange, I took off at night, slept through the sunrise, about an hour ago I saw the sunset and now the sun is rising again? It’s kind of fun trying to make a bet whether I’m going to land at night or day .
