Welcome to the Lake Mead Fly-out at Perkins Field! Located at Overton, Nevada is a small airfield with 15 general aviation gates! The airport is known for sitting right on the top of lake Mead. Perkins Field was built for a unique reason, it was built as an emergency landing area for aircraft departing Nellis AFB.
