Hello, I want to ask someone who also experience lagging when reaching 2-3000ft up until target altitude. When I reached my target altitude it returns to smooth, but if i start descending it’s fps is decreasing. my fps is bad until I land.
My Device is: Redmi Pad Pro
Ram: 8GB
Processor: Snapdragon 7s gen 2 mobile platform octa-core max 2.4GHz
Android Version: 14
Os version: 1.0.5.0 UNSMIXM
I have heard that Android 14 wasn’t all too stable at all times so it could be that but don’t mark my word for it as I only have android 13. Your device looks quite powerful to me. Were you experiencing these issues from the start or did they start appearing quite recently?
What airport were you at and was it super busy? That can cause issues at high settings.
it appear everytime I reach 3k ft up until my target altitude. If im below 3k ft my fps is normal and if I chosen other camera angle my fps is still good. But everytime I reached 3k ft my fps decreasing and when I choose another camera angle my fps still decreasing. 🙁

Hi, I watched your video, and I can’t see any difference from before and after 4k feet. For one thing, I can’t see you are displaying fps. So, from visual inspection alone, I’m not sure what you are referring to as the scenery stepping seems just as smooth throughout.
Am I missing your meaning?
I experience this from the start. Just bought this device last week.
I’m lagging even using the cessna 172. I know it’s not normal using this kind of processor (Snapdragon 7s Gen 2). It looks like a bug or not optimized.
Well I would say that it has to be an Android 14 issue. Try maybe reinstalling the app. If that doesn’t work, I guess the only option is to wait for Android 14 to be “fixed” or downgrading your OS but I’m not sure if it’s possible to do that on such a new phone.
