Kuwait tow worker killed tracking thread

This morning, an announcement was made that one of Kuwait Airlines tow workers was killud while towing a B77W from parking to terminal 4. Any more detailed are welcome.

The incident was caused by the tow bar coming loose. Due to the gradiant, the aircraft started to roll, crushing the worker with the nose wheel.
