Kuwait Airways Updates their order with Airbus

Kuwait‬⁩ Airways will announce a huge deal with Airbus‬⁩ to buy 28 aircraft as the first airline in the WORLD owns the A350XWB and A330neo.

the deal that receives the first aircraft in 2019 include the FOLLOWING :

  • 10 A321neo
  • 8 A330neo
  • 5 A350XWB
  • 5 A320neo

All of this new aircrafts will join current fleet which contains:

  • 10 B777-300ER
  • 11 a320-200 ( some of them are leased)
  • 5 a330-200 ( will return to airbus after 330neo delivery)

I CANT WAIT TO SEE ALL NEW AIRCRAFTS IN OUR NEW LIVERY!! 🇰🇼🇰🇼

Always great to hear! But I’m always a little cautious because airlines often change their original orders to fit their need perfectly (Hawaiian cough cough).

Yes in Kuwait Airways case they made the deal with airbus to buy 10 a350 on 2016 and now the plan changed because they built a new terminal for them so they decide to replace 5 of 10 a350 to 8 a330neo 👍🏻
