I was China Eastern 564 heavy at your field. I was trying to fly some patterns all without hud so I didn’t act that well, and I’ll say sorry if that affected your control. There was some problem with your control. When I was inbound on the second time I requested to land but you cleared me to do a touch and go. And when I was on final you cleared a 737 to cross the runway, but the runway at TCNM is pretty short for A350, I was passing the first back taxiway in the middle of the runway at 40 knots which is impossible to turn around, so I need to use the full runway. As a result clipped that aircraft’s wing.
