Today I was controlling at KPUB and I was quite surprised about the far-end of runway 35.
The big question I have is, if you come in on runway 35, then were would you exit after landing? The only two options are a long back-taxi, and cross a few runways on your way back, or turn left at the end and park on some mini-area.
Why design an airport like that?
Does anyone know how the runways are used in real life?
I was using runway 35 for outbound traffic only. 08R for incoming and 08L for pattern work. Was tough with 30 kts side wind!
