Korean Air A350-900 (HL8598)

Arriving in from Busan, South Koreas flag carrier Korean Air has just received their first of six A350-900 which is part of the deal for 33 A350s which includes 27 for the larger variant of the A350, the A350-100.

As it’s now a real thing let’s bring it into IF as it would be a great addition to the simulator!

Yeah but they get delivered to Busan without livery and that’s the first to leave Busan with the full livery

Pretty sure they used the wing root as reference for the grey stripe as they did on the B787 and it just looks different because of the design differences

What I went by when making that livery (back in November 2023) is that the grey line is located at some point below the window line until the point where the main doors end - at least that’s how it is on the 737, 747, 777, CS300 and, to some extent, the A330.

However, you can’t really deny that the tail logo is too high and the name is too small when compared to the rest of the fleet - even the aforementioned 787.
