KLAX Gate 156 Jetbridge Issue

Device: iPad 10th Generation
Operating system: iPad OS 26.5

This afternoon, I arrived at Gate 156 at KLAX in an A330-900neo. I followed the stand guidance system in for parking, and stopped exactly as instructed. The jet bridges are pre-configured right next to where the fuselage of the aircraft is, but the option to attach the jet bridges to the doors is “not available.”

You can see in the second screenshot that I was parked properly per the stand guidance screen.

After investigating I didn’t find the answer to your problem but I found a different problem at the exact same gate :laughing:

This is completely irregular. Three jetbridges from one button?? How’s that possible? Sorry it doesn’t help solve the problem
