KJFK Airport Arrival and Approach

I am on route from OMDB to KJFK. Not long took off. I arrive into KJFK at around Tuesday 4th 3:30am UK time. 11hrs 50mins left of flight. What is the best arrival and approach flying North East into KJFK. For A380 Emirates.

It’s alright, I’ve just put an approach in and not arrival
